I used to have very disordered eating. I’ve mostly recovered, and now I’m actually losing weight through diet & exercise.

Not enough & not fast enough, but it’s strangely satisfying in a “Wait, this actually works? Seriously? What the hell was I wasting my time on before? WHY DIDN’T ANYONE TELL ME THIS BEFORE!!!”
